Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days after delivery. Returned items must be unused. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No restocking fee is charged.

Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.

Contact us before returning an item. Include your order number and the item you wish to return so we can provide return instructions. If an item arrives defective, contact us with your order number and a description of the defect.

Refunds are issued within 7 days after we receive the returned item.
